August 6th: National Fresh Breath Day:
It can be tough to have conversations with someone who has bad breath or just got done eating garlic for lunch. Fresh Breath Day was created to promote fresh breath. Brushing your teeth twice a day and using mouthwash can fight this, but many people don’t know that mints and chewing gum can contain sugar and actually cause the opposite effect.
Spread the joy of fresh breath and help promote it.
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day
- Floss once a day
- Relying on mints or gum for bad breath isn’t effective.
- Rinse out your mouth after eating or drinking
- Quit Smoking
- Fresh Breath
